• IAS Corrugation Gauge Block

Features:

The master has 6 peaks per inch in the shape of a sine wave with peak heights of 0.025” +- .001
The high and low points will be accurate across the gauge to within 0.00025".
The gauging surface is ¼” wide and 11.5" long.
The block comes with an inspection report accurate to 0.0001”, traceable to NIST, and is supplied in a protective wooden box.
To insure long term stability and flatness, the block is 1" thick.

Applications:

Peak and Valley measurements for corrugated paper.

Filter paper testing.
